Privacy & booking terms.

What we collect

Contact details, pickup locations, appointment requests, package enrollment and payment records are used to provide and manage your lessons. Sign in with ChatGPT identifies your student account. Do not submit financial account numbers or identity documents through inquiry forms.

Who can see it

Student records are restricted to your signed-in account and the authorized owner. Public recommendations use general areas and never display another student’s personal information. Authorized external providers may process information when those integrations are connected.

Requests and payment

A booking request is not a confirmed appointment. No payment is taken through an unconnected checkout. Confirmation requires approved availability, location, eligibility and any agreed payment terms. Travel fees are separate from package-hour pricing.

Cancellation

48+ hours before: $20.00 fee. Within 48 hours, the scheduled lesson price may be charged under the accepted booking terms. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval.

Access and removal

Contact Haythem at 415-684-0405 to request corrections, account access or deletion, subject to necessary business record retention. A detailed launch privacy policy and retention terms should be reviewed before public launch.
